Our Return Policy

At Inkland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

You must complete the returns form to obtain a RMA number.

This can be found by clicking on the 'Returns' link under 'Customer Service' at the bottom of page.

The item must be in its original, unopend & unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or packing slip and a valid RMA number.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If the item was on sale or purchased with a discount code, the amount refunded will reflect the discounted price.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at 01743 246869 to let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or damaged.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure a safe and documented return.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 01743 246869 within 24 hours of receipt.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
