Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Use

The following are the terms and conditions of trading with our firm hereafter known as the (“Supplier”) for the supply of Supplier’s goods (“Goods”) to any third party (“Buyer”).

1. Orders

1.1 The Buyer may make an order for Goods from the Supplier by online order form or by e-mail, facsimile or by means of a postal or telephone order.
1.2 The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. By placing an order for the Goods the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions of trade.

2. Foundation of Contract and Specifications

2.1 No Contract will subsist between the Supplier and Buyer for the sale of any Goods unless and until the Supplier accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has shipped your product.
2.2 Whilst the Supplier makes every effort to ensure that the Goods descriptions and illustrations contained on the web-site are accurate and current the Supplier is dependant upon the Goods manufacturer to provide the information and the Supplier can therefore not warrant the accuracy of such information.
2.3 The Supplier cannot guarantee product availability. Should Goods ordered be temporarily unavailable the Buyer shall be notified of the delay in delivery and given the option to cancel the order. If the Buyer does not cancel the Order, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the new delivery date

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be made within 30 days of the Supplier’s acceptance of the Order unless an extended delivery date is agreed between the parties and shall be effected by the Supplier delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address as notified to the Supplier on the Buyer’s order. If pursuant to this clause 3.1, the parties cannot agree an extended delivery date, the Supplier shall be entitled to cancel the order and refund the purchase price (if already paid).
3.2 Subject to clause 3.1 any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods and time shall not be of the essence in these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 UK delivery and carriage is normally by Royal Mail or Parcel Force or Overland Courier. Overseas delivery and carriage is normally by Air Parcel Force to Europe or Air Freight for most non-European countries. Prices do not include delivery to non UK destinations and will be charged in addition to the price of Goods listed.
3.4 Unused and unopened Goods that do not meet the Buyer's requirement on delivery may be returned at the buyers expense to the Seller for a credit, within 7 days of delivery. Prior authorisation for return must be obtained before returning goods or they will be refused.
3.5 The Buyer shall report any damage to the Goods during transit to the Supplier within 2 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Price

4.1 Prices quoted on the Supplier web-site are shown exclusive of delivery.
4.2 Prices are subject to alteration. However any change in price will be notified to the Buyer prior to the Supplier's acceptance of the order.

5. Payment

5.1 The Methods of payment are detailed on the web-site.
5.2 Payment for the Goods is always subject to clearance prior to the Supplier dispatching the Goods.

6.1 New goods are warranted as being in good working order for 12 months from the date of purchase. Second user goods are warranted as being in good working order for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase. Rechargeable batteries are a consumable item and excluded from this guarantee except where they are permanently installed in a new product as a non user serviceable component. This warranty does not extend to goods damaged after receipt as a result of intentional or accidental misuse, mishandling, modification or repair by the Purchaser or third parties.
The supplier offers a 100% quality guarantee on all ink cartridges. In the unlikely event that a cartridge malfunctions we will undertake to replace it on a one for one, like for like basis, subject always to the alleged faulty goods being returned to base for inspection and the Supplier receiving notification of such return prior to the Buyer returning the Goods. Empty cartridges will not be replaced under any circumstances and all returned cartridges will be weighed prior to inspection.
To claim under this warranty the customer must contact the supplier for returns authorisation. Once authorisation has been obtained the customer should return the alleged faulty goods to the supplier for inspection. If on inspection a fault is found the faulty item will be replaced.
If a Purchaser wishes to take advantage of this warranty he or she must return the goods as sold and accompanied by proof of purchase to the Company’s premises within 7 days of the relevant fault occurring. The faulty goods will then be repaired within a reasonable time or replaced from stock or where no replacement is readily available the price will be refunded, in the company’s absolute discretion. If the goods are found not to be faulty the Purchaser will arrange for collection of the goods from the Company premises and the Company shall be entitled to make a reasonable charge for the time spent inspecting and for storage of the goods. This warranty is in addition to, does not affect, the Purchasers statutory rights.
6.2 Warranty claims will only be dealt with if all outstanding sums relating to your account are paid in full.
6.3 The Purchaser must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods for the purpose to which they are put and no warranty or representation of fitness for any particular purpose is or has been given by the Company.
6.4 Second user goods are guaranteed to be in good working order but are not guaranteed to be cosmetically perfect. New goods are guaranteed to be in good working order and to be cosmetically perfect unless previously stated otherwise.
6.5   Guide to grade - used equipment.
A = Light wear and tear, no obvious hairline cracks to plastics.
B = Medium wear and tear, may have hairline cracks to plastics of a non structural nature, paint scrapes and scuffs, light pressure marks to screen.
C = Heavy wear and tear, may have structural cracks to plastics, more obvious paint scrapes and scuffs medium to heavy pressure marks to screen.
Grading is an opinion only and is given in good faith. It is the opinion of the grader rather than your opinion and although we have endeavoured to be as accurate as possible when testing and grading, they are sold on the understanding that many different interpretations can be made by different people and that our grading of the equipment is final. If you have any doubt regarding the condition of a particular unit or batch of units you are advised to contact the Company to seek further clarification.
6.6 For the avoidance of doubt where Goods are sold under a consumer transaction the statutory rights of the Buyer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
6.7 Where items are returned for repair and they are found to be beyond repair, they may be replaced with an item of similar age, condition and specification. In cases where no similar replacement is available then the item may be replaced with an item of greater specification and / or value.
6.8 The removal or breach of any tamper evident seals fixed to the equipment will render any warranty null and void.

7. General

7.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by any judicial or any other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable or indications to that effect are received by either party from any competent authority then that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior agreement between the parties whether written or oral under such prior agreements.
7.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions or the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 No waiver by Supplier of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Buyer shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions.
